Wedding Coordination

For couples who have planned their celebration, but want an expert to take over the logistics and be able to enjoy their day.
From managing the timeline to overseeing vendors and handling last-minute details, we’re here to bring your vision to life and ensure everything falls perfectly into place. Let us take care of the logistics so you can focus on celebrating with your loved ones. Our services include two onsite coordinators standard. Additional fees may apply for weddings with a guest count over 200.
Partial Wedding Planning
$1500
For couples who have started planning, but need some extra assistance finalizing all the details.
No matter how far in your planning journey, we will step in and make sure you stay on track. This partial planning package includes finalizing planning details, vendor communication and all day of coordination services. Perfect for the couple who just needs someone to bounce questions off of and make sure all of the boxes are ticked.
Full Wedding Planning
$2500
For couples who want a trusted partner from the first idea through the final detail.
From “Yes!” to “I do,” we guide you through every step, handling everything from venue scouting and vendor coordination to personalized design guidance, budgeting, and timeline magic. With expert organization and a passion for the unconventional, we make the planning process smooth, stress-free, and genuinely fun so you can focus on making memories, not managing logistics. Perfect for couples who prefer to take the legwork off of their plate.
Destination Wedding Planning
Starting at $4500
For couples who want to turn their wedding into an unforgettable experience somewhere meaningful.
Our destination wedding package includes all the standard perks of full wedding planning, plus travel recommendations, hotel block bookings, itinerary building and other activity/party planning so that you and your guests can actually enjoy your time. Package pricing depends on number of guests, number of days and location.
All Inclusive Adventure Elopements
Starting at $2000
For couples who want their wedding to be a private adventure.
Looking for something more intimate? Do you prefer the idea of climbing a mountain, just the two of you and saying your vows at sunrise? We can help with that too! Our all inclusive elopement package includes all the tools you need! Let us take care of the planning, logistics, travel booking and even officiating. Yes, Haley is an ordained officiant and this package includes officiating services!
Party Planning
Starting at $400
Let us take care of the details so you can enjoy the moment! Our party planning services are perfect for gatherings of all sizes, including birthdays, baby showers, anniversaries, rehearsal dinners and more. From décor and catering to entertainment and logistics, we’ll create a beautifully curated experience tailored to your vision. Relax, celebrate, and let us handle the rest! Price starts at $400 dependent on total guest count.
